We want you to love your fitness apparel. Please read the following policy carefully to understand how to request returns, exchanges, or store credit.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

Customers seeking an exchange or store credit must contact our Customer Support team within 7 days of receiving their order.

Return Shipping & Photo Requirement

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect. Our team will provide the return shipping address once your request is approved. We are happy to assist with guidance on how to ship items back.

Photo Requirement: Photos may be required — particularly for damaged, faulty, or incorrect items. Our team will advise you if this is needed.

Return & Exchange Circumstances

Please note: For hygiene, health, and quality assurance reasons, we do not offer cash refunds or accept returns on used items.

Processing Store Credit & Exchanges

Store credit or exchanges are processed within 3 business days of receiving the returned item. Store credit is added directly to your customer account for use on future purchases.

Handling Fee & Condition Assessment

A 10% handling fee will be deducted from the store credit amount on all returns or exchanges to cover administrative and processing costs.

All returned items must meet the following conditions:

  • ✓ Unused and unwashed
  • ✓ Tags still attached
  • ✓ Original packaging intact

If an item is found to be used or not in its original condition, it will be returned to the customer at their expense.
